PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
NEW & UNUSED PRODUCTS:
You may return a NEW item within 30 days from ship date for a credit less 15% Restocking Fee. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. All items, accessories, manuals, etc must be included with return. If any missing parts or damaged to the packaging additional charges may be deducted from the refund. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Items received defective must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the item. Please include a picture of the damaged item with your submission in our RGA system.
WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
Please complete all information in the RMA request form including Install Date, Fail Date, Date Code, and reason for warranty. If not all information is submitted your RMA request will be denied and will have to be re-submitted. Please note processing of warranty does take up to 90 days from the time we receive.
REQUEST AN RMA:
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for credit or replacement.
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address. The sign-up button is located at very top, right side of website.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product. Make sure to complete all fields and include a picture
3. We wil review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item using your UPS, FedEx, or USPS account. Be sure to insure the item if you want to make sure if it is lost or damaged in return shipping you can file a claim with your carrier.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
